		Chaves County Courthouse - Roswell, NM General Contractor: Jaynes Corporation Architect: Design Collaborative Southwest Scope: This is a 22,000 square foot addition and historic restoration project. Challenges include restoring 100 year old brick, and finding new materials that match the existing historic look. Beaty Construction is installing structural CMU, Brick Veneer, Precast architectural accents and performing exterior masonry restoration for the project. 		Lifetime Fitness - Gilbert Arizona General Contractor: FCA Construction Artichect: FCA Architects Scope: A beautiful 60,000 square foot state of the art fitness facility. Beaty Construction is installing structural CMU, integral colored CMU, brick veneer, and archetictural precast accents for the project. 		Sandia Casino - Albuquerque, NM General Contractor: McCarthy Builders Architect: Leo Daly Scope: New 300,000 square foot casino including extensive site work and outdoor facilities. Beaty Construction installed Structural CMU within the parking structure and stairwells. We installed over 50,000 square feet of flagstone paving throughout, glass block partitions in restrooms, and installed more than ten million pounds of native chaco style stonework. 		Bernalillo County Detention Center - Albuquerque, NM General Contractors: Bradbury Stamm, K.L. House Architect: DCSW,Custer Basarich Scope: 2200 bed multi-security jail facility. The building is over 485,000 square feet. Beaty Construction installed structural integral color CMU and glazed block for the project.
